CPA Intake Handoff
Starting at $149 per accepted packet: one client and one period, up to 20 documents and 100 pages. Proposed output: a document inventory and missing-item checklist. Tax preparation, filing and professional opinions are excluded.
Month-end Reconciliation
Starting at $249 per client-month: up to two bank/card accounts and 200 transactions. Source records, reconciliation tasks and exception reporting are confirmed in the quote. Payroll, tax filings and historical cleanup are excluded unless separately agreed.
Catch-up
Starting at $695 per three-month packet: one client, three months and up to 600 transactions. Record completeness, account count and the exception handoff are reviewed before acceptance. Complex or incomplete records may require a different quote.

These pilots are inquiry offers. Availability, supported inputs, final deliverables, fees and delivery dates are confirmed in writing. An inquiry does not reserve capacity or create an engagement. Your firm retains client authorization, professional review and filing responsibilities.
